Is It Possible to Contact A Product Expert Of Blogger or Google Privately?

We have two ways of contacting the product experts of Google's services.

  • Official forum
  • Unofficial(privately)

1. Official help center

In Google all official forums, you can only post your message or problems that you're facing with google's products such as Blogger, Adsense, and so on. And waiting for someone to get your answers whether it's from product experts or another Google user (non-product experts). In addition, Google does not provide direct technical support for any of its free products. It means they just try to provide you with the best practices to tackle your problems in terms of their knowledge and experience.

However, if you want to talk to him privately using the official help center. Then it's not possible all the way because all help center aims to treat all customers the same. Moreover, all are the same. And nobody will get extra help. If you ask a question then it'll be visible to all users. All can read your questions and provided answers.

2. Unofficial(privately)

This can be a great tactic to contact google product experts privately. I've also used this and it does work. You just have to give your efforts and leave the rest to the product experts. It's up to them how they treat your efforts.

Follow these steps-:
  • First, go to one of the official help centers of Google. Let's assume Blogger help center
  • Write a question on the search bar of the Blogger help center.

  • In their profile section, you will get information about them like who they are, their website name, Facebook profile, YouTube channel, etc.

  • Go to their website, YouTube channel stuff like that, and try to contact them through comments, social media messages, email whatever you can do. If they are interested, they will definitely help you. Make sure it's totally up to them whether they reply or not. We just simply tell our problem using a couple of means like DM in social media like Twitter and so on.
  • You've to try this tactic until you get results. It may help you out.
I personally used this tactic created by me and it worked. I've Used this on Twitter. Let me provide you with some screenshots that I talked to a product expert on Twitter.
